Please allow 1 to 2 days for a response to emails. When on MSN, we can talk to you live, but only if we are signed on at the time. Our usual hours are from 5pm - 9pm, Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays we are always on at random parts of the day. When sending an email, we will open it and respond to it as soon as possible. If you would like to request a service, an email is the best way to go, but please, do not explain every little detail that you want in the email. We would rather contact you first to make sure there are no communication issues in between. Prices vary for everything, so negotiations are possible. Depending on how busy we are at the time or how difficult your request will be to fulfill, please excuse us if we take longer to complete a certain task than you had hoped. Fortunately, we usually are quick.
